to a whole new section called sexercise. Sexercise will
show you the positions, warmups and the strength and stamina
exercises to be fit and strengthen your body for the ultimate
exercise.

22: This week bodybuilding with Cookie
and Skye together with two variations of bicycle warmups
and toe touches. Not this week but coming soon is an awsome
set of Jumping Jacks.

and Skye together. Starting out with the two girls sitting
naked on the floor and tugging back and forth. Next watch
2 versions of the girls doing a resistance push and pull.

Silver. Kira continues her full body workout with Tricep
extensions and leg extensions. In tricep extensions find
out why Kira's right arm is stronger than her left.

24: This week back to bodybuilding
with Kira Silver. Kira continues her full body workout with
more stretches, a photo shoot in video and Shoulder Presses.

stretches and a reverse cowgirl to mount the first exercise
machine.

allows for slow and gentle thrusts for a long time.

Jessica continues her Split Training Program in the
bodybuilding section by finishing her cool down with deep
breathing. Stacy does a bag workout for cardio in bodybuilding.
Fiona does her sixth gymnastics routine in the bodybuilding
section. Non members can view some gallery prints by clicking

September
19: Jessica continues her Split Training Program
in the bodybuilding section by starting her cool down stretches
with Windmills and a Shimmy and Shake. Stacy does a hot
set of side leg lifts in bodybuilding.
September
12: Jessica continues her Split Training Program
in the bodybuilding section by doing an Alternate version
for Arm Curls and Ab Exercises. Fiona does another naked
gymnastics routine.
September
7: Jessica continues her Split Training Program
in the bodybuilding section by doing Arm Curls which may
not be exciting to do but are fun to watch when done naked.
Stacy continues her stretching exercises with weightless
arm curls in the body building section. The camera
angle makes this exercise exciting to watch. Lacy does
another cooling down exercise for Tai Chi in bodybuilding
with deep breathing.
September 1: Jessica
continues her Split Training Program in the bodybuilding
section by doing Tricep Pulldowns and Calf Raises which
may not be exciting but are fun to watch when done naked.
