August 8: Jessica continues her Split Training Program in the bodybuilding section by doing the Bench Press. Stacy continues her stretching exercises with Ab Stretches in the body building section. More gymnastics with Fiona in the bodybuilding section.

August 3: Jessica continues her Split Training Program in the bodybuilding section by doing Deep Squats and Ab Crunches. Lacy continues her Tai Chi by cooling down in the body building section.

July 24: Jessica continues her Split Training Program in the bodybuilding section by doing jumping jacks followed by Twisting, which is easy on the eyes. Stacy continues her total body stretching in the body building section with Chest Stretches.

July 18: More gymnastics with Fiona and our second interview. Jessica starts the first of her Split Training Program.
