New Nude Workout
Videos with Bella
Warmup - Bella starts out walking and then jogs. This
week Side to Side and Switch Feet. Not high aerobics but
it will get your heart pumping.
Exercises: Bella does Right leg come back left leg down.
Not high aerobic butt we like this exercise. Bella then
does deep prayer squats and adds a jump twist. The thighs
and double D's get a good workout. Other exercises include
thigh raises, swing kicks run arounds, leapfrog squats and
twist combo.
