doing Hamstring Curls along with stretching. Fiona is
back with more gymnastics
in the bodybuilding section.
Lacy does another cooling down exercise for Tai Chi

August 14: Jessica
continues her Split Training Program in the bodybuilding
section by doing Leg Extensions, Lat Pulldowns and Close
Grip Lat Pulldowns. Fiona is back next week with
more gymnastics in the bodybuilding
section.
August 8: Jessica
continues her Split Training Program in the bodybuilding
section by doing the Bench Press. Stacy continues
her stretching exercises with Ab Stretches in the body building
section.
August 3: Jessica
continues her Split Training Program in the bodybuilding
section by doing Deep Squats and Ab Crunches. Lacy continues
her Tai Chi by cooling down in the body building section.
July 24: Jessica
continues her Split Training Program in the bodybuilding
section by doing jumping jacks followed by Twisting, which
is easy on the eyes. Stacy continues her total body
stretching in the body building section with Chest Stretches.
July 18: More
gymnastics with Fiona and our second interview. Jessica
starts the first of her Split Training Program.
July 11: Gymnastics

her Tai Chi exercises with Three Pushes and Ward Off Monkeys.
July 4: More
gymnastics with Fiona as she finishes with her upper
body stretches and does her first gymnastics routine. Lacy
does a Tai Chi exercise Ward Off Monkeys.

her total body stretching in the body building section with
elbow and arm stretches, wrist exercises and
an alternative way to do shoulder rolls. Lacy
continues her Tai Chi exercises with the Forward Push.
