Mini Review - "Life is timing. Just as I've progressed on a diet to the point of starting exercise, I happen upon this motivational site. It's every gymrat's wet dream - looking across the gym and seeing a beautiful naked woman working on her jumping jacks or pumping her pecs. Visitors see sample material that is representative, except the sample video has the model wearing gym clothes and all the material inside the member's area is naked, or at least they're getting in and out of bikini's. Half a dozen young [18 to early 20's] beauties, with a kindly trainer putting them through their exercises. Well... the video of 'bikini adjustments' wasn't really exercise, but no one complained, and the included blooper loops are just fun. There is no sex of any kind here. Their disclaimers mention, and common sense dictates - this is motivational, folks, this isn't presuming to be a training program itself. It motivated me! - Peter ...
